These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationships between LABOR CONTROL and any user wishing to use the Cards Control application services, accessible via the cards-control.app website and associated mobile applications.

Cards Control offers the following services:
Access to services requires creating a user account. The user agrees to provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials. Any use of the account is presumed to be made by the user themselves.
Cards Control offers several plans:
Prices are shown excluding taxes. Applicable VAT will be added at payment according to your country of residence.
Payments are made by credit card via our secure payment provider Stripe. For subscriptions, billing is automatic at each due date. You can manage your payment methods and cancel your subscription at any time from your account.
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium whose performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent. By accepting these Terms and using the service, you expressly waive your right of withdrawal.
The free offer is valid indefinitely. Subscriptions are concluded for the chosen period (monthly or annual) and renew automatically unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation will take effect at the end of the current period. Lifetime access is permanent and cannot be terminated.
LABOR CONTROL undertakes to provide services with diligence and according to professional standards. LABOR CONTROL's liability is limited to direct and foreseeable damages, excluding any indirect damages. In any event, LABOR CONTROL's liability is capped at the amounts paid by the user during the last 12 months.
The Cards Control application, its interface, features and content are protected by intellectual property law. The user benefits from a personal, non-exclusive right of use. Any unauthorized reproduction, modification or distribution is strictly prohibited.

In case of dispute, you can use the free mediation service to which LABOR CONTROL adheres. In accordance with Article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code, you can contact the consumer mediator. Mediator contact details will be provided upon request at Contact@labor-control.fr.
These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute not resolved amicably or through mediation, the Paris courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
